Naam Bread

Yes this is the bread served at the Naam Restaurant on 4th avenue in Vancouver. We make it for them and are licensed to sell it ourselves.

Ingredients

Whole wheat flour, honey, canola oil, blackstrap molasses, dates, cornmeal, buckwheat flour, rye flour, soy flour, wheat gluten, sesame seeds, flax seeds, salt, yeast, anise seeds, caraway seeds and fennel seeds.
