Our new Bread Plant is up and running ... and right on schedule to boot.

All was completed by December 28th 2005, with the first 48 hrs spent test driving our recipes in the new ovens.

On New Years Day we produced the Plant's first batch of bread delivered to our wholesale customers.

Located just three blocks down the street from our retail store and bakery "the Plant" offers us ample opportunity to expand our existing wholesale division as well as additional production for the retail store.

The Plant expansion also houses our new offices and administration.
